George F. Ruck, 37 years old, resides at 706 Coates Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was a private in Company K, 20th NY Volunteers and served with John Dailinger. As a member of the company, George is able to testify to the fact that Dailinger was wounded in action by the enemy on or about May 2nd or 3rd, 1863, said wound in left side.
