Declaration for the Increase of an Invalid Pension
State of Pennsylvania, County of Philadelphia
December 16, 1884
John Dailinger, aged 42, resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania currently receives a pension of $4 per month due to disability from gunshot wound to left side while serving in military as a Private in Company K, 29th New York Volunteers.
He believes himself to be entitled to an increase of pension on account of increase of disability for which pensions. His disability above stated affects the left lung and prevents him following his trade which is that of a baker.
