It is hereby certified that in conformity with the laws of the USA, John Dailinger who was a Private in Co. K of the 29th Regiment New York Volunteers is inscribed on the Pension List, Roll of the Philadelphia Agency at the rate of $4/month, to commence on the 23rd of July, 1873. This pension being for gunshot wound to left side.
