Family
John Dailinger and Mary Dailinger married in 1865, approximately two summers after John mustered out of service. John worked as a baker following the war until he was unable to due to his disability. The family moved around the City of Philadelphia during this time, living in at least 5 distinct addresses between 1873 and 1890. John and Mary had 10 children all together, although their daughter, Julia died at eleven months due to convulsions.
